In 2007, Sherin Mae graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in Fashion Marketing. Over the past 16 years, Sherin has built a diverse career in retail, holding positions such as sales associate, visual merchandising manager, and operations supervisor. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a strong passion for creativity, planning, and operations.

In 2020, Sherin embarked on a new career path in real estate, encouraged by a colleague to obtain her real estate license. Within a year, she successfully transitioned from her retail position to become the full-time Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams West Sound. In this role, she developed leadership skills, implemented efficient office systems, and provided personalized support to agents,

In 2023, Sherin transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant for a real estate agent, where she provided client support and developed efficient systems. Recognizing that her passion and skills were better aligned with assisting agents and managing market center operations, she joined Keller Williams Greater 360 in 2024 as the Director of First Impressions.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, watching Korean dramas, and managing her additional business, Rose + Rhys Designs.
